These terms cover the Gesturewin account and settings sync. They are short on purpose.

Gesturewin and its sync are provided as they are, without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose; your settings also stay on each computer.
Your account is yours: a code sent to your email signs in to it, so keep your email account safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Don't misuse the service: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to get into other accounts, no loading it down on purpose. Accounts that do may be closed.
The service may change, or stop. If sync is ever shut down, we will say so ahead of time where we can, and the app keeps working without it.
You can delete your account at any time, and everything it holds goes with it (see Privacy).
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
